Busag Ventures, Inc. was first registered with the Swiss
Trade Registry in September 1923. Its origins date back to
1867. Originally, the company's business activities were 
mostly in the areas of lithography and engraving. Later, 
information technology was instrumental in transforming 
the company into one of the leading Swiss premedia 
groups. Eventually, Busag Ventures sold off its remaining 
stakes in the premedia business and invested directly in
a portfolio of private and public companies.
